With a view to helping drivers better plan their routes, the City of Montréal entrusted Grimard with a large-scale ITS project covering the entirety of its urban network. The City broadcasts images captured from some 500 traffic cameras installed across the network. With these images, which are refreshed every five minutes, traffic at critical areas can be observed.
